George E. Mundy Benjamin C. Burch
George E. Mundy George is a native of Cedartown, Georgia and a third generation lawyer practicing on Main Street in Cedartown. Beginning in 1972 his diverse legal practice evolved into representing exclusively applicants for disability benefits. George has successfully handled thousands of disability cases in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee at both the administrative and appellate levels. Forty years of intense and continuous experience in the exclusive area of disability law has resulted in competent and effective representation for his disability clients. George is a past president of the State Bar of Georgia and a long time member of the State Bar of Georgia Board of Governors. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), and has been a past lecturer and speaker at the State Bar “Continuing Legal Education Seminars” on Social Security Disability. He is admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle districts of Georgia.
George is the current chairman of the W.D. Trippe Charitable Trust and is a member of the Polk County, Georgia Development Authority. He is a past chairman of the Polk County, Georgia Chamber of Commerce. He has served his local Methodist Church as past chairman of the administrative board, chairman of the staff parish relations committee and as senior-high Sunday school teacher for over 20 years, as well as other numerous roles. He and his wife Martiti have two children.

Benjamin is originally from Rockmart, Georgia and began practicing law in the fall of 2012. In 2004 he graduated from the Darlington School and enrolled at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia that fall. After completing his four year degree in Journalism at Mercer University, Benjamin accepted an offer to study law at the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. While studying law at the University of Memphis, Benjamin, along with a class mate and professor, founded the Mental Health Law & Policy Journal, which is the Nation’s first law review styled journal in the United States to specialize in mental health law and policy. Benjamin graduated from the University of Memphis in the spring of 2012. Since joining the firm, Benjamin has represented over 1200 claimants in Social Security Disability Hearings! Benjamin also serves on the Board for the Cedartown Polk Humane Society and the Board for Our House Women's Shelter. Benjamin and his wife, Jennifer Burch of the Cedarstream Corporation, now live in Cedartown, Georgia.
